Building at the intersection of technology and life

I’m Rodrigo Cuello — an executive, a builder with AI, a father, and a writer. This is where all those dimensions come together.

Most people experience technology from one side. Either they lead it. Or they build it. I decided to cross that line.

Bio Info

Professional background

I’m SVP of the Commercial Business Unit for Latin America at Salesforce, leading a team of 300+ professionals across the region.

My focus is growth, AI adoption, and building high-performing teams in one of the most dynamic tech markets in the world.

For most of my career, I operated from the business side of technology.

In 2026, I started building with AI — going from zero technical background to deploying real-world applications in days.

That shift changed everything.

Five dimensions

A complete person, not a niche.

01

Artificial intelligence

From executive to builder. Hands-on with Claude Code, agents and the future of automation.

02

Neurodiversidad

Father. Co-founder of Raising Together. Building real tools for ABA therapy.

03

Arte

Vallenato music, writing, visual creativity. The intuition that doesn’t appear on a spreadsheet.

04

Fe

Pastoralita and my mother’s legacy. Twenty-five years of messages that deserve to live on.

05

Filosofía

Stoicism, purpose, conscious leadership. The question of why before the how.

BUILDING WITH AI

Today, I use AI to build — not just to understand it.

From internal tools to real-world applications, I focus on solving problems that actually matter.

NEURODIVERSITY & IMPACT

As a father of a child on the autism spectrum, technology became personal.

I co-founded Raising Together Inc to support families and build tools that make a real difference in therapy and daily life.

FAITH & LEGACY

Through Pastoralita, I continue the legacy of my mother, who founded a Christian congregation over 25 years ago in Colombia.

Faith is not separate from what I do — it’s part of how I understand everything.

CREATIVITY

I grew up surrounded by music and art.

That influence shaped how I think, build, and write — not just as an operator, but as someone trying to make sense of the world.
